Booking: how it works

  1. Choose your room type and desired dates.
  2. Send your request via email or the form (call for same-day/urgent requests).
  3. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours with total price and conditions.
  4. Payment at check-in or via pre-authorization (see payments).

Add: dates, number of guests (adults/children + ages), room type, dietary requirements, late arrival, request for baby cot, invoice details.

For arrival today: call +31 (0)123 456 789. Cut-off for email/form is 18:00; after 18:00 only phone confirmation.

Late arrivals (after 20:00)

Request a key safe PIN before 20:00; you will receive instructions via email/SMS. After 22:00, follow the phone instructions; we usually call back within 15 minutes.

Can I still book today?
Yes, call us. Same-day confirmation is only possible by phone (after 18:00 phone only).

What is your cancellation policy?
Free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival; 1 night thereafter. Non-refundable rates: no refund/change.

Do you require a deposit or down payment?
We may place a 1-night pre-authorization; release immediately upon check-out (bank 3–7 business days).

Are breakfast and city tax included?
Breakfast not included (see Facilities for hours/prices). City tax €3.00 per person per night not included.

Which languages do you speak?
Dutch, English and German (by phone and in writing).

How does late arrival after 20:00 work?
Request key safe instructions before 20:00. After 22:00, the phone number gives instructions and we call back.

Can I get an invoice in company name?
Yes. Email your company name, address, VAT and Chamber of Commerce number with your request.

Is there a maximum for pets?
Yes, 1 dog up to 15 kg per room; not in Suite/breakfast room.

Where is the car parked closest to the elevator?
Kadehof Garage, level −1, spaces 12–24.

When do you serve breakfast?
Monday to Friday 07:00–10:30; Saturday and Sunday 08:00–11:00.
