Late arrivals (after 20:00)
Request a key safe PIN before 20:00; you will receive instructions via email/SMS. After 22:00, follow the phone instructions; we usually call back within 15 minutes.

Check-in: 15:00–20:00 • Late check-in on request (key safe + PIN)
Check-out: until 11:00 • Late check-out based on availability (until 13:00 €15.00; until 15:00 €30.00)
Identification & minimum age: valid ID required • main booker 18 years or older

Tourist tax (city tax): €3.00 per person per night (not included in room rates)
Cancellation and changes
Free cancellation: up to 48 hours before arrival (local time Europe/Amsterdam)
Afterwards: 1 night of the booked rate will be charged
Non-refundable rates: immediately final; non-changeable or non-refundable
No-show definition: no arrival and no message before 08:00 am the day after scheduled arrival → full first night charged
Changes: possible based on availability; rate difference may apply
Groups/business: different conditions may apply from 5 rooms; please contact us
Occupancy, children and pets
Maximum occupancy: Cosy/Deluxe/Suite: 2 adults; Family Room: 2 adults + 1–2 children
Baby cot: €10.00 per night (reserve in advance)
Extra beds: not available in Cosy/Deluxe/Suite; sofa bed in Family Room
Pets: dogs up to 15 kg in select rooms; €15.00 per night + deposit €50.00; not allowed in breakfast room and Suite; on a leash in public areas

How does late arrival after 20:00 work? Request key safe instructions before 20:00. After 22:00, the phone number gives instructions and we call back.
Can I get an invoice in company name? Yes. Email your company name, address, VAT and Chamber of Commerce number with your request.
Is there a maximum for pets? Yes, 1 dog up to 15 kg per room; not in Suite/breakfast room.
Where is the car parked closest to the elevator? Kadehof Garage, level −1, spaces 12–24.
When do you serve breakfast? Monday to Friday 07:00–10:30; Saturday and Sunday 08:00–11:00.
