Breakfast and coffee bar

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00–10:30; Saturday and Sunday 08:00–11:00
Prices: Adults €14.50 per person; children 4–11 years €9.50; under 4 years free
What's included: Buffet + à la carte (eggs made to order, yogurt, fruit, local rolls, granola, juices); coffee bar to-go from opening time
Allergies: Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free possible; please report 24 hours in advance to prevent cross-contamination

Hours: Daily 16:00–23:00

Reservation: Via Contact; confirmation within 24 hours; book until 17:00 at the latest for the next working day
Cancellation: Free of charge up to 48 hours before start; thereafter 50% of room hire; no-show 100%

Prices: Indicative €18.00 per 24 hours; hotel discount €4.00 → approx. €14.00 per 24 hours
Vehicle limits: Maximum height 2.05 meters; maximum length 5.20 meters
EV charging: 4 × Type-2 AC, 11 kW; rate indicative €0.45 per kWh; roaming via Shell Recharge, Maingau, Plugsurfing, etc.; contactless payment possible; no idle fee
Reservation: Not required; charging spots on a first-come, first-served basis

Bike rental and routes

Hours: Daily pick-up/return between 08:00 and 20:00
Prices: City bike €12.00 per day; e-bike €25.00 per day; helmet and lock included
Conditions: Deposit €50.00 or valid ID; minimum age renter 18 years; optional damage insurance €3.00 per day
Accessories: 4 child seats (maximum 22 kg); rain ponchos and phone holders available
Sizes/range: Frames S/M/L; e-bike range 60–100 km depending on setting and wind
Reservation: Recommended on weekends and in good weather via Contact or at the desk
On-road help: Basic roadside assistance in the region (09:00–18:00); call reception for support
Routes: GPX and PDF available: Dike route 15 km; Forest edge path 8 km; Polder tour 25 km
Access: Primarily for hotel guests; rental to non-guests possible on quiet days (ID required)

Laundry & ironing service & room service

Laundry/ironing: External laundry service on working days; drop off before 10:00 → return same day after 19:00 or next morning; rate based on list
Ironing supplies: Iron and board available on request
Room service: Drinks and light snacks from the bar 16:00–22:30; delivery surcharge €3.00

Frequently asked questions

Can non-guests use the bar or book the meeting room?
Yes. Bar: welcome, within capacity limits. Meeting room: can be booked by external companies (registration required).

How does it work with allergies and diets at breakfast?
Report your wishes 24 hours in advance; we prepare separately and prevent cross-contamination where possible.

Is there a coworking area?
Use the lounge as a quiet work zone during day hours; power outlets and high-speed Wi-Fi available.

Do you offer video conferencing?
Yes, via our speakerphone and the 55″ screen (HDMI/USB-C). Bring your laptop.

Can I rent a bike last-minute in case of rain or crowds?
Often yes, but on weekends we recommend booking in advance. Rain ponchos available.

Where exactly do I park in the garage?
Level −1, spaces 12–24 are closest to the elevators. Maximum height 2.05 meters.

Are the EV charging points AC or DC?
AC Type-2, 11 kW. Charge with common cards and contactless.

Is late check-out possible and what does it cost?
Yes, based on availability: until 13:00 €15.00; until 15:00 €30.00.
